Cooling‑off (consumers)

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for most items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Exemptions apply to bespoke or clearly personalised goods and to goods which become inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

How to return

• Contact us for return instructions and an RMA reference.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and suitably protected.
• Return carriage is at your cost unless goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, notify us promptly; we’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
