1. Our contract with you
Orders are accepted when we issue written confirmation of your quotation. If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you.
2. Products & specifications
We may make minor changes to products to reflect regulatory or manufacturing updates. Installation must be by competent persons and in accordance with building regulations and manufacturer instructions.
3. Prices, VAT & payment
Prices are in GBP and exclude delivery unless stated. VAT is charged at the applicable rate. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days. Title passes on payment in full; risk passes on delivery.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are by courier or pallet to kerbside. Delivery dates are estimates. You must inspect goods on delivery and notify us promptly of any damage or shortfall.
5. Consumer cancellations
If you are a consumer, you have a right to cancel most contracts within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Exemptions apply to made‑to‑measure or clearly personalised items and to goods which become inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
6. Returns & refunds
To arrange a return, contact us with your order reference. Goods should be unused, in original packaging and suitably protected. Return carriage is at your cost unless goods are faulty or misdescribed. We will refund within 14 days of receipt.
7. Faulty goods
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please notify us promptly. We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
8. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply; we pass through relevant terms and assist with claims.
9. Compliance & product marking
Products are intended for the Northern Ireland market and (where applicable) are CE/UKNI marked.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for rights that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you and take steps to minimise the effect.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.
